Haadee M. Siddiqui represents individuals in catastrophic personal injury cases, including complex medical negligence matters, workplace/construction incidents, motor vehicle/trucking collisions, product defects, and premises liability matters as an associate attorney at Goldberg & Schulkin Law Offices.
Prior to joining the firm, Haadee was a law clerk at Goldberg & Schulkin Law Offices. As a law clerk, Haadee drafted legal documents including motions, complaints, and answers to discovery. He conducted legal research and analysis on a variety of medical and legal issues.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from DePaul University in 2012 before earning his Juris Doctorate from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law in 2022.
As a law student, Haadee externed for the Honorable Judge Franklin U. Valderrama, where he researched and analyzed diverse legal issues and drafted judicial opinions on administrative appeals. A consistent member on the Dean’s List, Haadee also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Writing I, Contracts, Property, Legal Writing III, and Litigation Technology. Further, he was also a semi-finalist at Notre Dame’s Religious Freedom Moot Court Competition.
While at Chicago-Kent, he helped establish the First-Generation Law Student Association and established the organization’s mentorship program. Haadee is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), Chicago Bar Association (CBA), and Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA). He is also an assistant coach for DePaul University’s Mock Trial Program, where he coaches undergraduate students.
